Shuaishuai Guo is a Postdoctoral Fellow with Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Science and Engineering (CEMSE), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), working with Professor Mohamed-Slim Alumni in the Communication Theory Laboratory. Education and Early Career Shuaishuai Guo received the B.E and Ph.D. degrees in communication and information systems from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2011 and 2017, respectively. During 2016-2017, he visited the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) as a visiting scholar
